  Tried ordering a chile con Carne without cheese and they thought I ordered a hot and spicy I'm like I know the difference between mcdonolds or wendys?

  Stopped in for a chocolate frosty. Worst frosty I've ever had and I stop at Wendy's all over the country. No taste, very little chocolate. Consistency was not good either. Frosty's are usually very smooth. This one wasn't. Took both purchased back for a refund. Wish Corporate was there to try it. May have been their machine that day but I doubt it. Had trouble with this Wendy's before, especially on prices. Found that this Wendy's charged more for Frosty's than other Wendy's in the Denver area. Did some research and found that each franchise has some pricing options. There are two Wendy's in town. I've heard they are owned by the same franchisee. I hadn't been to either for a long time and just found out again why.

  Done with this location! When you place an order, pay for that order and have an expectation of receiving what you paid for, just to get home and find out its wrong. I always do an item count to make sure I received everything. Didn't realize I needed to open every wrapper to make sure it was correct.
