  Have to say I love taco bell... but this one, my god drive through back up around the block people inside on a wait of 30 min for there food... I walk in 8 min till someone even says somthing to me for me to order... when I look back at the employees... everyone is talking and on there phone! This is not fast food by any means!!! Horrible service!! Get your act together guys... this is unacceptable if I was your manager you would all be fired. Oh did I mention employees that were closed off were standing back behind the counter talking to the clocked on ones...

  I actually like this Taco Bell, and I have seen many. The people there work hard to get it right. I have dealt with many Taco Bells and this one is probably the friendliest of all of them I since they opened when I was a kid. Most treat me well and if you are not too arrogant you can see that they are always short handed and work two lanes, the inside and the drive up, so patience is needed. After all, this is not an automat. I commend those who stay there in times of trouble, so keep up the good effort to please your customers. Most of these comments here anyway are probably the result of short patience and intolerance of those who wait on them. Taco Bell corporate might want to look at their portions though, Their corporate philosophies could provide the customer with something for their money, instead of dolling out the little they do, and this is all the stores in the country.

  Horrible!!! Only damn taco Bell In Brighton, and they decided it was a good id a to close the lobby at 7:35 pm on a Friday night....I sat in the drive thru for almost an hour. My husband works in Brighton and requested taco Bell for dinner...And now I've completely missed his lunch time. This taco Bell sucks. Build another in Brighton please!!!

  Love their coffee and have been happy to go there first thing in the morning. Now new women work the drive-thru in the morning, takes forever to get a simple order correct and is very rude. I will miss my morning coffee, but until she is replaced at 7am I will not be going back.
